Is your Faith and your Work connected?

Or do you live a divided life?

Mike Ferrell is a Faith Driven Business Coach, award winning author and speaker that helps entrepreneurs and leaders connect work and faith for both personal and business fulfillment using the Monk Principles©.

What Is Impacted When You Have A Disconnected, Divided Life?

“A divided life, where faith and work are not interconnected, can have significant negative consequences for entrepreneurs, their businesses, their families and their communities. By integrating faith into their business practices, entrepreneurs can create a more cohesive, ethical, and fulfilling life and work environment, leading to long-term success and a positive legacy. A 1500 year old document called the Rule of Benedict gives us a blueprint and principles for connecting faith and work and creating a community that leads to engagement and connection. This is turn leads to higher productivity, positive work environment, profitability, safety, customer satisfaction and business success. More thriving, less grumbling!”

I serve entrepreneurs, leaders, non-profits, church’s, teams, organizations and people who:

  • Have a desire to connect their faith and their work

  • Are mission driven, striving for a higher purpose

  • Commited to virtuousness

  • Understand the importance of strategic thinking

  • Want to serve

  • Aim to achieve excellence

  • Strive to deliver profound hospitality over customer service

  • Are open to re-thinking how they find fullfillment in their work and how they create success

I help them create connected community by embracing a monastic mindset and the Monk Principles.

Creating Positive Deviance

The Heliotropic Effect is that all living organisms including human beings are attracted to positivity. When we utilize this effect we create positive deviance, which refers to the concept where individuals or groups within a business or organization who, despite facing the same challenges and constraints as others, use uncommon but successful behaviors and strategies that enable them to achieve significantly better outcomes.

The benefits of positive deviance for a business are enormous.

Mike has demonstrated through his many years in business and research that a leader’s sustainable success is a result of the integration of his/her desire and ability to integrate best business practices, understanding of human behavior, and the pursuit of virtue. One does not have to be around Mike for any length of time to observe that this is a way of life for him
